Kanisa’s journey began in 2009 when she entered the mental health industry. Her passion for serving others led her to the military, where she gained a deep understanding of leadership, resilience, and teamwork.
Driven by a desire to optimize organizational dynamics, Kanisa pursued advanced degrees and certifications in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and related fields. Her diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to excellence culminated in the creation of Insider IO.
